	What are Shanghai Speedlock delivery times?
	This depends on the product. Typically standard products are delivered within 20 days. The delivery time of the special products is according to the time of setting up of the toolings.

	Does Speedlock have any advantages of the export packages?
	We pay very much attention to the export packages. For example, we have the plastic clips to protect the beams from abrasion during the transportation. We have got the whole uprights wrapped with transparent plastic film. You will find more details which show about our considerateness.

Is Shanghai Speedlock a manufacturer or a distributor?

Shanghai Speedlock is a qualified storage rack manufacturer in China which has ISO 9001-2000 certificate and Australian AS4084-1993 certificate, our factory has totally 14’000 square meters and has more than 150 workers and staff, that allow us to export 60-80 containers per month.

	Can you send us samples for our reference?
	The samples will include a cut of upright, a cut of beam, standard base plate, bolts and nuts, along with our catalogue and disc of production photoes. However, we will ask the freight collect. Customers need to supply their DHL, TNT,or UPS account NO. Yes, we can send a cut of samples for your reference by express.

	What are the most popular sizes of your products?
	It depends... For different market, different sizes will be popular. If you tell us where you are, we will see and give you good advices according to your market.

	May I know the status of my orders?
	Yes. Turn to the front page of our website, you will find the order tracking column, just type in your order No. For example, EX07006, you will get the latest information.

Can you advise me the quantity of racking system to be fit into a 20 or 40 container?

Yes. Customers need to supply us the information as below:
Pallet Racking/Shelving
#1. The height, width and loading capacity of the frame.
#2. The length and loading capacity of the beam.
#3. The ratio between the frames and beams.

Cantilever Rack
#1. The height and loading capacity of the column.
#2. The length and loading capacity of the arm.
#3. The levels of the arms.
#4. The distance between the columns.

	What are the payment terms?
	30% T/T down payment and 70% T/T payment against receipt of the copy of B/L.
